How Refunds Work
If you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund – no questions asked.
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- You have not completed more than 25% of the course material.
- You have not downloaded all course materials (including PDFs, templates, checklists)
We reserve the right to decline a refund if extensive content has been accessed or downloaded.

We will process your refund within 3-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds cannot be granted for:
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Courses where more than 25% has been completed
- Course where all downloadable files have been accessed or saved
Digital Product Acknowledgement
By purchasing any course from NextGen Learning Hub, you acknowledge:
- You are buying a digital product, not a physical item
- Access is granted immediately after payment
- Downloadable content cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense
- The 7-day refund window ensures fairness for both students and creators
